VSP DATA specializes in providing complete customer services and support across reverse logistics space. The offered services include all kinds of support services, including logistics, distribution, product and component repair, warehousing and a customer services call centers. Our detailed understanding of European markets allows us to provide specialized services to a number of our clients. That includes product localization, input quality inspection and consulting services in the realm of import/export, distribution, sales and servicing of ICT technologies in individual European markets.

Our corporate clients can thus focus on development and sales of their new products. They can be confident that through our assistance, their product will be not only distributed but also that clients will receive a high-quality service during the entire life-span of their product (including post-guarantee repairs). It is often further extended in our repair center. For end customers we guarantee quality and quick service in the domain of repairs and reverse logistics, both in the Czech Republic and the rest of the European Union. We are also expanding our services to North America and Mexico.

Our product portfolio includes repairs of laser and ink printers, data projectors, digital cameras, scanners, mobile telephones, GPS navigators, LCD monitors, servers and other equipment. The repairation of ATM machines and modules is a service of its own, as well as the repairation of PCBAs and their modules.

The fulfilment, maintenance and continuous upgrade of integrated quality management systems (QMS) and environmental management systems (EMS) is a matter of course in the process of meeting the service and business demands of our partners and clients. The company was certified for these systems, and is hence fully compliant with the norm CSN EN ISO 9001:2009 and ISO 14001:2005.

MOTTO: High quality and flexibility are the key conditions for further development of the company.

The company VSP DATA a.s. deals with reverse logistics and distribution services, i.e. repairs and servicing of various types of information, communication and other types of electrical equipment.

The quality management system (QMS), environment (EMS) and information security (ISMS) is part of the integrated management system (IMS) of our company. The company VSP DATA a.s. was certified for these management systems. Our company has also committed to by comply with the Code of Conduct Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), which is part of our IMS.

The permanent goal of the VSP DATA’s top management is to ensure maximum satisfaction of our business partners and end customers with the services provided.

Top management of VSP DATA a.s. realizes that only a social responsible behaviour, an environmental approach, following the Code of Conduct and the ability to listen to customers’ wishes and the requirements of interested parties can lead to long-term sustainable development and a good reputation of our company VSP DATA a.s..

For this reason, the company's management is actively involved in the process of continuous improvement of the integrated management system – evaluates internal and external aspects within the context of the company, listens to the demands of interested parties, manages risks and takes advantage of opportunities.

The top management of VSP DATA pledges to respect the following principles:

Ensure lasting satisfaction of business partners and end customers. Constantly improve the quality of production and the complexity of the services provided, with an emphasis on our flexibility.
Respect and comply with legal and other regulations and other requirements.
Regularly review the company's context, risks and opportunities, and stakeholder requirements.
Ensure that working conditions in the company are always fair, safe and that employees are treated decently, with dignity and respect.
Increase the safety and health protection of staffs and interested parties in and around the company premises. Increase the safety of operational equipment and processes.
Apply the commitment to prevent environmental pollution, minimize waste production, minimize the use of resources and to extend the life cycle of products through repair activities.
Maintain and continuously improve the integrated management system and strengthen awareness of the Code of Conduct (RBA) among our local suppliers.
Announce for a period of one year new goals and programs of the IMS (QMS, EMS and ISMS) with the determination of responsibility for the fulfilment of the set goal, resources, the deadline for its fulfilment and how the results will be evaluated.
Ensure Business Continuity (BCP) and regularly review Recovery Plans (DRP).
The company's management further undertakes to comply with applicable information security requirements.

Conflict minerals policy

The company VSP DATA a.s. undertakes not to use supplies of materials that come from illegal sources ("conflict minerals") in repair, service and other business activities, and thus to fight against the illegal mining of mineral resources (especially gold, tantalum, tin and tungsten) and the suppression of human rights in developing countries, especially in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in central Africa.
